So..What's this Coasteering all about..?

What is Coasteering?


Coasteering originated in the late 19th century when climbers would traverse rocks at sea level. Fishermen have unknowingly been coasteering for years. The 21st century sees coasteering as one of the fastest growing adventure sports.

Coasteering is inspirational, whether your after a dare devil extreme experience in a boiling turmoil of water and rocks or a relaxing safari in a calm glassy sea.


Who can Coasteer..?


Coasteering in PembrokeshireCoasteering is ideal for a variety of groups, as it not only challenges the individual but can facilitate teamwork, trust and leadership training. Minimum age is 8years. Ideal for groups of Stag/Hen parties, families, Corporate away days, anniversary/birthday celebrations and clubs.


Ability..?
Coasteering in WalesDue to the nature of the activity, it is always assumed that participants need to be strong swimmers. This, however, is NOT the case. Coasteering is accessible to all. CQC can also cater for the physically/mentally disabled (by prior arrangement) and staff have extensive experience in this field.


Why stand on the coast path looking down when you can jump in feet first, get up close and personal with Pembrokeshire’s beautiful wildlife.
