Pembrokeshire...

If you found your way here via twitter, thanks for taking the time to read my tweets.
I've spent many years introducing people to the stunning Pembrokeshire coastline and would like to know your opinions of Pembs as a whole.
Have you been to Pembrokeshire?
What did/do you think of 'little England beyond Wales'?
Please post your thoughts and comments below...

  4. We're lucky enough to live here. It is a beautiful county and an amazing place to explore - both on land and by sea (or both if you're coasteering!). Coasteering is an awesome activity (am lucky enough to know a leader and have been out a few times). Didn't think I'd like the height thing but just being out there is such a kick.

  6. I have coasteering on my list of 1,000 things to do before I die. Just got back from Wales and climbed Cadair Idris - slept on top of it, slept overnight in a castle, and went to Spiller's Records in Cardiff, but I will be back for coasteering - no question! It is #4 on my bucket list of things to do.

My 1,000 things blog is here:

  7. I first came to Pembrokeshire in 91 with my partner when we first got together and immediately decided this is where i wanted to live so packed up and moved to Manorbier from Essex, Have lived here 15 years now and have such a better way way of life and the people are so much nicer. Haven't been Coasteering yet but often see them on my Kayaking tours around the Pembrokeshire coast, hopefully will get time to try Coasteering this year before i get to old.

  8. Pembrokeshire is stunning! From popular Tenby in the South, right round to Fishguard and Newport in the North. There is something for everyone from foodies to birdwatchers, walkers to adrenaline junkies!

We have enjoyed gorge-walking and coastal walks but can't wait to try coasteering one day soon!

  9. Recently in Pembrokeshire visiting Melin Tregwynt who supply all of the cosy blankets for our cottages. We don't have a cottage in Pembrokeshire yet but there are many beautiful hidden away spots so maybe soon.
We recommend places for people to visit from our cottages in Carmarthenshire and coasteering is one of the activities that I'm sure will appeal so we'll point people in your direction for a great day out.

  11. Hi

I found you through Twitter! Yes I have been to Pembrokeshire - but only to the Tenby / Saundersfoot area - A few photos are from my walking blog http://picasaweb.google.co.uk/Angelfish42/200901102009PembrokeshireCoastPathTenby# Very beautiful indeed. I saw all about Coasteering on Countryfile, and would love to take part one day. Unsure if my health will allow this awesome activity though - will need to email you separately!

Will be following you keenly in Twitter to find out more
